Nowhere, NOWHERE, on our booking did it say that for the huge amount of   US 783.78
we would have a 2  hour flight from Richmond, Virginia to Toronto  in an 18 seat plane with PROPELLERS!

Yes, it gave the make of aircraft - what's that to me..I nearly passed out when I saw it...and things got worse, the steps became the door, it was really noisy, front row seat with a view straight into the cockpit...and severe earache .....And no refreshments... 2 hours can seem really, really LONG.

Thank god it was a calm day, I could not have boarded otherwise. Knew I should have brought some Prozac!

Flying is not my favourite pastime ...     :iconplaneplz:

Well, I remember a time I flew in relative luxury in a Boeing 727 for 14 hours,... to be dropped off in a war zone in South Viet Nam!

Knowing now what I didn't know when I boarded that flight, I would trade that for your flight at a moments notice!

Guess our son and his mates would feel the same way....different war zone is all.

I am scared of a lot of things

Are the there now? I will hope for their safe return!

We all train our troops to live in hostile environs, not die in them!

And,... as I've aged, many more things frighten me now that I'm smart enough to be afraid!

Are you quoting Lindbergh? Of course he knew ahead of time and was able to traveled in luxury by preparing a brown bag sandwich lunch, useful before and after. (Think about it lol) 33.5 hours, 3,600 miles. One seat, one prop. no copilot. Of course Upon his arrival, Lindbergh was welcomed by more than 100,000. I'm sure had you been also, so greeted the flight would have been a faded memory. lol enjoy. (I'm such a smart Ass!!)
